We’ve done it! Annapurna Base Camp at 4130m, done!

This trek has been just unbelievable just in terms of the range of experiences!

We have had the most breathtaking views as we are literally walking on the Himalayas. It was mind-blowing! There was more than once that I found myself wondering “what am I even doing here?”. It was the most alien environment we have ever been in and we truly relished in it. The majestic views of the snow-capped mountains that we have captured does not do the peaks true justice.

This trek was more than just the sights though. It has given us more than we ever thought we would receive. It was a self-discovery in many aspects, some areas that I hold so dear and am not ready to share even. I’ve pushed my body past limits that I though existed, both physically and mentally.

For now though, let me present visually the best moments of the Amazing Trek to Annapurna Base Camp.

The Most Gorgeous Night Sky Landscapes

A sky full of stars and planets, a view unlike any other

Humbling Sunrises

Grand Waterfalls

Absolutely beautiful waterfall, one of the many we saw. We wish we had a drone to actually take a picture of the most beautiful formation of the many streams of waterfall along the same face of a cliff.

Enchanted Walks

The steps are so beautiful yet almost out of place in this enchanting rain-forest

Stay tuned for more details about our trip and how we were victims of theft (but eventually we got it all back)!
