Menstrual Cup
This is Ms.K’s top recommendation. This has helped Ms.K save a tonne of cash as these menstrual cups are almost a one time purchase ( Ms.K had to buy a different size after baby # 2, stuff that happens to women!). The menstrual cup is fuss free for 12 hours at a go, great for the environment as we don’t have to buy sanitary napkins anymore and great for the purse! To top it all, it’s great if you are allergic to sanitary napkins (true story, it’s a dreadful life every month!).
