As a keen but not gifted baker, I love how forgiving the general recipe for a muffin is. It is something you can whip together in just about the time it takes for you to answer the title question 😀
So here’s a recipe card I kindly put together without having you read through a novel of how I arrived at it on one sunny day after various members of my family recalled their childhood longings for their Italian grandma’s wizardy in the kitchen and how I was unsure but wanted to please and miraculously ended up with this gorgeous muffins that is soft to the touch yet packs in a good crunchy bite whilst remaining decadent. Yes, am poking holes at those food blogs with recipe posts that go on forever before you get to the recipe, which is the main reason you are there! :p

Anyway, give it a go for just one muffin and you’ll reach FI. Am kidding, nothing good ever happened from stopping at just 1 muffin. Wolf down 3 then we’re ready for rumble.
Also for those who are squirming uncomfortably that the muffin looks nothing like ’em Pinterest types (I’m talking about you Gordon Ramsay!), I assure you that the gastronomical pleasures from this muffin will far surpass any superficial reservations you may have.
